Order Processing

In-store ready loose gemstones will be processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom jewellery orders will typically require 5 – 10 business days for completion, and may take up to 15 business days in special or complex design cases.

Local Delivery – Sri Lanka

  • We deliver island-wide using trusted and secure courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1 – 3 working days depending on location.

  • Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for Colombo and suburbs (subject to availability and order timing).

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on:

    • Delivery location

    • Package value and insurance coverage

    • Special handling requirements (high-value gemstones or jewelry)

  • Free delivery may be offered for selected high-value orders (at Roragems discretion).

Packaging & Security

All gemstones and jewelry are packed using:

  • Tamper-proof secure packaging

  • Protective internal casing

  • Discreet external packaging for customer privacy

Insurance

High-value items are shipped with full insurance coverage until safely delivered to the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

  • Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value shipments.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched (where available).

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to:

  • Check package condition before accepting

  • Report any damage immediately (within 24 hours)

Delays

While we aim to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
